(3) Tenderee: China Resources Power (Haifeng) Co., Ltd.

(IV) Bidding content and scope: China Resources Haifeng Power Plant 3.8MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project PV modules, photovoltaic module foundations and supports, current collector lines, inverters, combiner boxes, box transformers, communication systems, control and protection equipment, Transformer equipment, lightning protection and grounding equipment and materials procurement and installation, as well as the corresponding construction, commissioning and other projects. The procurement, construction, commissioning and service of this project (including completion acceptance) and the final stage of production and transfer in accordance with the standard.

(5) Qualifications and performance requirements of bidders:

1. Independent legal persons registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

2. The bidder does not belong to the executor.

3. The bidding PV module is certified by TUVULVDE or an equivalent third-party certification, and has a reliability test report issued by a professional testing organization with ISO Guide 25 qualification in accordance with national standards (or IEC standards).

4. The unit responsible for construction must obtain an effective safety production license.

5. Having qualifications for third-grade and above general contracting for power engineering construction.

6. From December 31, 2013 to December 31, 2016, there will be at least one EPC or PC general contracting performance for photovoltaic power plants of 10MW or above, and provide performance certification documents (scanned contracts, including project scope, signature page).

7. The project manager has a Class 1 constructor qualification certificate.
