III. Bidder qualification requirements

1. Registered capital: The first bid is not less than 1 million yuan; the second bid is not less than 2 million yuan, and the credit is good. 2. The bidder is a professional lifting company and has relevant qualifications for lifting (business scope of business license should include this business). 3. Practitioner's job certificate, the crane driver must obtain a driver's license issued by the public security traffic management department, a special equipment operation certificate issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, a qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Communications, and a junior or higher level technical grade certificate. The corresponding license is complete and within the validity period. 4. The bidder provides performance for the last five years. A copy of the contract (3) shall be provided in the bidding documents. 5. Calculated from the audited balance sheet or financial report of the previous financial year.
