The good brother company immediately contacted Ming Yanwang, the representative of Mingmei Lighting, to inform him of the situation at the time, and asked Mingmei Company to send people to the scene with the brother company to understand the situation and hope to jointly study and solve the matter. However, what Liang Jingwei never imagined was that Jie Yanwang refused to be responsible for the matter on the spot. In the case of Liang Jingwei’s repeated negotiations with Jie Yanwang, the good brothers had to purchase 74 sets of new lampshades from other manufacturers, and sent two cars and eight people on May 31, 2007 to go to Fengcai Color Printing. When the reporter once again verified the matter, Jie Yanwang had a new saying. He said that the lighting products used by the good brother company belonged to the manufacturer. But according to the newspaper reporter in Shenzhen and the party Liang Jingwei introduced, Mingmei Lighting Company is a manufacturer of energy-saving lamps in Shenzhen. The products they purchased are indeed affixed with the trademark of Mingmei Company. In other words, even if Mingmei is an OEM OEM, its responsibility is inescapable.
