The 5 microns filter with antimicrobial agent can efficiently kill bacteria in the air with efficiency more than 99%.
3, High efficiency HEPA Filter
The precision of the HEPA filter is 0.01 micron, and it is able to eliminate particles which are larger than 0.01micron with the filtration rate of 99% or more. Dust, bacteria, fungi, viruses, allergens and other small and tiny particles are not able to get through the HEPA filter. It can also remove smoke smell.
4, Cold Catalyst Filter
The product is of non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-inflammable. It works under normal condition and produces only water and carbon dioxide.

Installation instructions:
1. Remove all packaging materials, and put the machine on the dry, smooth, level ground.
2. Hold the grooves on both sides of the front panel, to pull the panel.Pull the door gently toward the top.
3. Take off all inside the purifier filter and UV lamp.
4. Remove filter all the packing materials and cases on the UV lamp.
5. Holding the ends of the UV lamp and put the UV lamp metal on metal card slot. take a screwdriver as shown pressure occurrence crack of the metal card slot until the metal card slot, at that time the UV lamp slowly turning into metal needle. At the other end is also the same operation (not in ), and then sequentially installed screen pack in turn.
6. Install the pre-filter as the picture.
7. Reinstall the front panel, alignment and inserted into a groove, the fixed then gently pushed out the door

Multi-layer PCB is the printed circuit board that the copper layer equal or beyond 4layer. For example, we could do 1-36layer PCB, so 4-36layer PCB are all Multilayer PCB. For multilayer PCB, the copper thickness of each layer could be same and also could be different, it's based on the layer stack-up. And normally, multilayer PCB may require impedance control.

 

How Are Multilayer PCBs Made?

Alternating layers of prepeg and core materials are laminated together under high temperature and pressure to produce Multilayer PCBs. This process ensures that air isn't trapped between layers, conductors are completely encapsulated by resin, and the adhesive that holds the layers together are properly melted and cured. The range of material combinations is extensive from basic epoxy glass to exotic ceramic or Teflon materials. The figure above  illustrates the stackup of a 4Layer/ multilayer PCB.  Prepeg and core are essentially the same material, but prepeg is not fully cured, making it more malleable than the core.The alternating layers are then placed into a lamination press. Extremely high temperatures and pressures are applied to the stackup, causing the prepeg to "melt" and join the layers together. After cooling off, the end result is a very hard and solid multilayer board.
