Graphic production process:

The fourth step is to win. Look at the words you posted. The size of the eye is based on the insertion of the lamp bead. The lamp distance is about 1.5 cm. It is better to have a larger distance between the lights when running. The marquee that comes out of this effect is much better. The lights running must be laid. The eyes thus drilled are relatively straight.
The fifth step is to install the light. Plan your lights first. For example, the stroke of your word should be connected to that stroke. When you pick up the line, there is no such trouble. Connect the mounted lights together. Remember to be in series. A good string of lights should have only one positive and negative pole. After the string is completed, each word should have several segments. You have to string all the small pieces together. However, the total cannot exceed the limit. If the limit is exceeded. Can be divided into 2 groups or 3 groups.

(6) The LED lights in each word or pattern are connected in series, each circuit does not exceed 115 red, blue does not exceed 73, and green does not exceed 80. When the word or pattern is large and exceeds the number used, add another loop.
(7) Words and words or patterns and patterns are connected in parallel.
(8) Anti-static work must be done during the production process.
(9) Note that all pins of the LED must not be short-circuited.

Connect the male-plug (with cable) of the next cabinet to the female-plug of its upper cabinet firmly.
9 Using the same mode to finish the rest connection (five-pins cable), then the installation work for a complete LED display is finished.
After-sale maintenance
1 The cabinet support single trip maintenance. If there any bad LED lamp or damage on single strip, you can remove the strip separately without take out the cabinet and control box.
2, Cabinet support front & back installation and maintenance. If there any problem on single cabinet, you can remove the cabinet from the front & back of the screen.
3 ,If there damages on the control box, you need remove the cabinet and open the cover of the power supply box to do repair & exchange work.
