At the supply chain, with the continuous release of production capacity, the supply chain relationship of the industrial chain will change again. The upstream, middle and lower reaches of the enterprise need to continuously improve the level of supply chain management, and promote the deep cooperation of the supply side from the capital level, so that the enterprises in the segmented fields can work together.

At the same time, enterprises should make good use of capital strength, tap internal potential, strengthen external strategic cooperation, and build soft power from product design, product replacement, production gradual intelligence, marketing model change, corporate brand promotion and value transfer. Business leaders focus on the future of the strategy.

4. The members of the G20 conference agreed that the current concentration of the packaging industry has significantly improved.

At this stage, the packaging giants started the capacity arms race, and some small factories were forced to stop production. In the past, it took 30 customers to sell 100 packaging equipment. Now 100 equipments only need 2 customer orders, and the industrial concentration is obviously improved.

In addition, in the past, there were as many as 1,800 corporate customers in packaging equipment, but at a rate of 200/year, the number of customers is now only about 600. At the same time, 80% of the domestic packaging equipment companies' capacity is supplied to the top 20 package customers.

V. Members of the G20 conference agreed that the demand for intelligent equipment by packaging companies is relatively strong.

At this stage, many packaging companies have invested in new plants in Nanchang, Jiangxi and Yiwu, Zhejiang, but they are generally faced with many problems: difficulty in recruiting workers; although the labor costs of single people in the Mainland have declined, the efficiency and literacy of personnel are relatively relative to the coastal cities of Guangdong. Slightly worse. These challenges have led to increased demand for equipment.

Packaging companies require more intelligent packaging equipment. Encapsulation now advocates more flexible intelligence, that is, we do not change the existing main processes, but can use various intelligent means to achieve digital transmission, thereby further improving efficiency, reducing costs, and reducing dependence on personnel.

Sixth, G20 conference member companies agreed that Mini-LED, MicroLED and OLED will bring better performance in the display field, and OLED's share in the high-end display field will rise in the future.

Among them, the small spacing is currently more optimistic. With the rising market of pitch miniaturization, COB small pitch, RGB small pitch display technology and MicroLED technology gradually reveal their respective advantages. However, MicroLED needs a lot of asset investment, and domestic companies will have greater difficulty in doing it.

The future of Mini-LED in the field of backlight display is worthy of imagination. Compared with MicroLED, Mini-LED technology is less difficult, easy to mass-produce, and can develop a large number of LCD backlight market, and the product economy is better. But Mini-LED is just a transitional product, and it still belongs to MicroLED in the future.

In the high-end display field, OLED will have a market share of 30% in the next five years, and the market share will reach 45% in the next eight to ten years. Its development will be clearer in the first half of 2018.

Seventh, G20 conference member companies agreed that under the current industrial situation, emerging markets such as filament lamps and car lights will usher in great development.

Filament lamp: With the indoor lighting landscape, the diversification of filament lamps and the concentration of large customers, the market share of filament lamps in the bulb market will be greatly improved, but the current filament capacity, light decay, color decay And the cost and other issues need to be further resolved. In terms of market share of filament lamps, G20 meeting members have different opinions, but the mainstream opinion is that the future filament lamps will occupy 40% of the bulb market.

Headlights: In the past two years, hot spots and trends such as new energy vehicles, autonomous driving, and smart cars have attracted investment from automotive LED manufacturers. At the same time, the standardization and continuous optimization of LED modules have brought down the cost and increased the market penetration of LEDs, which has enabled more models to apply LED lighting technology.

Eight, G20 meeting member companies agreed that in 2018 packaging companies need to continue to exert "small and beautiful", deep-seated in the field of subdivision.

In 2017, for most G20 member companies, the 2016 annual results have been completed in the first three quarters.

For packaging companies, white LED devices contribute 80% of the performance, and RGB light sources perform well. However, in the second half of the year, with the release of production capacity, the expansion of production exceeded the demand component, and the industry as a whole showed a price reduction trend. G20 conference member companies expect the price of packaged products in the middle of 2018 to fall by 10%-15% in 2018. A number of member companies said that they will continue to use capital to expand their production in 2018, especially in the field of filaments.

For packaging equipment companies, white LEDs and RGB also contributed a lot; in terms of models, the splitting tape contributed 30% of the performance growth point. With the rise of filament lamps, filament packaging equipment and test equipment have become the focus of equipment companies.

For downstream lighting companies, outdoor engineering projects have become a major growth point. However, the project focusing on outdoor landscape lighting faces a large amount of accounts receivable, and the contract fulfillment problem is relatively large, and the risk is high. G20 member companies said that in 2018, they will focus on increasing cash flow, while improving the product system and shifting to industrialized products.

In 2018, in terms of business operations, in order to refine and strive for strength, we will not blindly expand the product front of the enterprise. At the same time, we need to go to the high-end market. If we do not engage in vicious competition, enterprises must cultivate "internal strength."

In the market segment, you can focus on new markets such as filament (straight filament, flexible filament), stage lighting, COB high-end commercial lighting, UV disinfection and automotive lighting.

9. The members of the G20 meeting agreed that the mining lamp will become a highlight of the lighting market.

In 2017, the export of mining lamps became a major growth point in the market. Among them, the export volume of industrial and mining lamps in a small and medium-sized enterprise in Shenzhen in the second half of the year exceeded 100,000 sets. The growth of the mining lamp market has also driven demand for high-power power.

At this stage, there is a big difference between the engineering list and the industrial and mining lamp list. The engineering list has advantages in terms of unit price, but the payment period is longer; the mining lamp is cheaper in terms of price, but mostly based on cash transactions. For high-power power companies, you can use the advantages of mining lamps to drive your own scale.

X. The members of the G20 meeting agreed that the downstream application enterprises will undoubtedly start to expand production in 2018, and the price drop of the products will be obvious.

At present, the replacement ratio of LED products is increasing. The G20 conference member companies said that their LED ratio in 2017 is over 80%, but the lighting application market will encounter alternative bottlenecks.

In 2017, lighting companies are constrained by various factors such as capacity and growth bottlenecks, but the overall industry is wave-like and has a certain periodicity.

It will be more difficult to sell product prices in 2018, and it is necessary to add functional products. But it is very difficult to develop a brand new product purely on lighting products, and it is possible to update the product.

In addition, major products with high value are worth doing. The high-value product market is not as good as it was supposed to be, but it is not bad. Lighting companies can consider acquiring companies with better design and engineering strength, and they should not only do pure production.
