Taking the production of 10kV cold-shrinkable cable head as an example, the author describes in detail the manufacturing steps and processes, including the steps of peeling off the inner and outer sheaths and the steel boring, wrapping the filling glue and fixing the cable components.

(1) Stripping the inner and outer sheaths and the steel shovel. Before peeling off the inner and outer sheaths and steel shovel, first clean the cable and straighten it for easy stripping, and then peel off the outer sheath between the mounting position and the terminal. Pay attention to the reserved steel é“  30mm, internal protection The sleeve is 10mm, which is convenient for wrapping and fixing. Finally, the stripped steel shovel and the copper shielding port are entangled by wire or raw tape to prevent the cold-shrinkable tube from being scratched after being loosened.

(2) Fixed ground wire and cold shrink tube. Whether it is a steel shovel ground wire or a copper shield ground wire, it must be fixed. The manufacturer first inserts the triangle electric cone into the cable bifurcation, polishes the paint and rust on the surface of the steel shovel, and then uses the large constant force spring to place the ground. The wire is fixed on the steel shovel. In order to ensure that the ground wire is firmly fixed, usually 15-15mm wire ends are reserved when fixing the ground wire, and then the wire ends are folded around the constant force spring, then they are folded back, and finally the spring is used. Fix it one step at a time. The copper shield ground wire is fixed, and the operation steps are basically the same as the steel wire ground wire. The only difference is that the copper shield ground wire has three ground wires, which need to be fixed by three small constant force springs. In order to avoid the occurrence of short-circuit accidents, the steel shovel ground wire and the copper shield wire should be separated as much as possible, and the two cannot be strung together. The fixed cold-shrinkable tube is wrapped around the raw material strip about 80mm upwards, and then the cold-shrinkable tube is sleeved on the root of the finger sleeve, and the plastic strip is pulled counterclockwise, according to the distance from the end of the cold-shrinkable tube to the terminal The cold-shrink tubing is removed.

(3) Stripping the copper shield layer and the outer semiconductive layer. Peel the copper shield wire with a knife at a distance of 20 mm from the fixed cold shrink tube, and at the same time remember the color line, then peel the outer semiconductive layer at a distance of 10 mm from it, and entangle the phase according to the color of the original phase line. Color bar. It is worth noting that when the outer semi-conductive layer is peeled off, it should not be too deep, otherwise the insulation of the cable may be easily damaged, and the insulating layer may be broken by the tip discharge.

(4) Winding and fixed sealing of semiconductive tape. The surface of the copper shield wire should be ground and cleaned before winding and coated with silicone grease to ensure smooth and clean and then wrap a few turns of semi-conductive tape on the stripped copper shield. After the stripping, cleaning, and winding processes are completed, the cable head is fabricated into the final fixed sealing stage. The main fixed areas are the cold shrink end, the seal tube, and the cold shrink sleeve. Firstly, slowly pull the support bar of the cold-shrinking terminal, align it with the terminal interface, and then pull the support bar to shrink, thereby fixing the cold-shrinking terminal; secondly, apply the filling glue to evenly distribute the gap of the terminal part, and then use the filler The tape is wound on the outer layer of the filling glue to fix the sealing tube; finally, one end of the cold shrink sleeve and the connecting ground wire are connected by a sealant and a cable jacket, and then the finger sleeve is turned over and folded, and tied with a cable tie. Tighten, and finally complete the cable head production.
