In addition, operators have strengthened their control over the terminal market. Analyst Wang Ying of Analysys think-tank thinks that in 2011, the three major operators' terminal companies made frequent adjustments, and their subsidies for end-products are constantly increasing. The continuous increase in the number of high-end celebrity custom models has given consumers a clear understanding of custom machines and contract spending packages. In the current year, the market share of carrier bundled channels is 18%, and it is expected that the market share will increase to 25% by 2014.

E-commerce channels are in the ascendant. In the past two years, with the advantages of logistics and low-cost e-commerce, the shipment of mobile phone products has been continuously improved, which has caused the traditional distribution channels to be greatly affected. The sales strategy for traditional retail distributors has also begun to transform from selling products to selling services.
