1. Conditions for Bidding The project for the procurement of lamps, temperature control switches and cables for the Ningbo New Document City project has been approved by the Ningbo Development and Reform Commission for approval of the Investment Letter [2007] No. 73, and the project owner is Ningbo New Document City. Ltd., the construction funds come from the owners themselves. The project already has the conditions for open tendering, and the materials for the project are now open for public bidding.
2. Project Overview and Tendering Scope The construction site of Ningbo Book City Construction Project is located on the east bank of the Minjiang River, on the west side of the planned Binjiang River Avenue. It is south of the planned drive bridge and north of the Yongjiang River Bridge. The total investment is 7.9879 billion yuan. The project is: Item 1 , lighting project; item 2, temperature control switch project; item 3, cable project.
Item 1, the number of lamps and lanterns, the number is 6514 ç›; the second item, the temperature control switch, the number is 600; the item 3, the cable project, the number is 9337 meters. The main technical specifications are detailed in the technical specifications and requirements of the bidding documents.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 This bidding requires bidders to meet the following conditions (this tender is subject to post-qualification):
3.11 This tender does not accept joint bidding.
3.12 The bidder must have the original "Ningbo City Tender and Tender Formal Market Transaction Certificate".
3.13 If the bidding enterprises and personnel need to be registered by the relevant industry administrative supervision department of this Municipality, they must also register.
3.14 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the bidding product or the sole supplier authorized by the manufacturer to participate in the bidding.
3.2 Special requirements for the applicant's qualifications in this bidding
3.21 Item 1 Lighting Project
1) The registered capital of the bidding product manufacturer is more than 15 million yuan (inclusive);
2) The manufacturer of the bidding product has the ISO9000 series quality system certification.
3.22 Item 2, Temperature Control Switch Project
1) The registered capital of the bidding product manufacturer is 30 million yuan or more;
2) The manufacturer of the bidding product has the ISO9000 series quality system certification;
3.23 Item 3, Cable Project
1) The registered capital of the bidding product manufacturer is 30 million yuan or more;
2) The manufacturer of the bidding product has the ISO9000 series quality system certification.
4. Acquisition of bidding documents
4.1 Anyone who intends to participate in the bidding shall be from December 17, 2009 to December 23, 2009 (except statutory public holidays and legal holidays), daily from 09:00-11:00, 13:30-16: 00 (Beijing time, the same below), holding the tangible market transaction certificate for bidding in Ningbo, and purchasing bidding documents at the 5th and 6th windows of the Municipal Public Resource Trading Center.
4.2 The price of each bidding document is 500 yuan. The bidding documents will not be returned after sale.
4.3 Deadline for payment of bid deposit: 16:00 on December 28, 2009 (Beijing time)
5. Submission of bid documents
5.1 The deadline for submitting bid documents is 9:30 on January 8, 2010. The location is the Municipal Public Resource Trading Center (13th Floor, Xintiandi International Business Building, No. 1018 Min'an Road, Jiangdong District, Ningbo)
5.2 The tender documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated place will not be accepted by the tenderee.
