The robot is used to carry the workpiece on the left table to the right table. The entire movement of the robot is driven by hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic pump is controlled by a solenoid valve, and its up/down, left shift/right shift motion is controlled by a double coil two-position solenoid valve, that is, the robot rises when the lift solenoid valve is energized, and the robot lowers when the drop solenoid valve is energized. The clamping/relaxing motion is controlled by a single-coil two-position solenoid valve, which is clamped by the robot when the coil is energized, and the robot is relaxed when the coil is de-energized.
In order to facilitate control system commissioning and maintenance, the control system should have manual functions and display functions. When the manual/automatic transfer switch is placed in the "manual" position, manual control of ascending, descending, left shifting, right shifting, clamping, and relaxation can be achieved by pressing the corresponding manual button. When the robot is in the home position, when the manual/automatic transfer switch is placed in the "automatic" position, the automatic working state is entered and the manual button is invalid.
