According to Li Xinghua, domestic industrialization projects have achieved major breakthroughs. The first MOCVD prototype has entered the production and commissioning stage and is scheduled to be officially released at the end of the year. MOCVD is a new type of vapor phase epitaxial growth technology in the LED industry, which is expected to fill the technological gap in the high-end segment of China's LED industry.
