Another solution is to combine a dedicated line network with an IP network and adopt a video conference system based on H.320 / H3.23 dual mode. International lines use ISDN or E1 dedicated lines, using H.320 video equipment; the domestic part uses DDN for remote connections, the local area network uses Ethernet, and uses H.323 video equipment to deploy a gateway between H.320 and H.323 equipment. This type of solution is more flexible and convenient for expanding some domestic venues.
