Sanan Optoelectronics achieved a net profit of 810 million yuan in 2012, a year-on-year decrease of 13%

On March 22, Sanan Optoelectronics released its 2012 annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 3.363 billion yuan, total profit of 1.015 billion yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 810 million yuan. Compared with the same period of last year, operating income increased by 92%, total profit decreased by 26%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies decreased by 13%.

The report pointed out that due to the company's new technology, the introduction of new products and new capacity to fully play, resulting in a decline in gross profit margin, also affected the revenue of Wuhu Optoelectronics Industrialization (Phase I) project. The first phase of the automation production line of the company's holding subsidiary, Rixin Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., has been put into production. The localization effect of the assembly parts is lower than expected, and the running-in time of the production line is too long, resulting in the reduction of production cost, which has not reached the predetermined target. During the period, concentrating photovoltaics suffered a loss in profit.

Sanan said that it will continue to promote the construction of Wuhu Optoelectronics Industrialization Project; further reduce the production cost of high-concentration solar power generation system, increase promotion efforts, and seek new profit growth points; implement the company's participation in Taiwan's Huanyuan Optoelectronics as soon as possible, and give full play to The role of the US R&D Center further enhances the company's product quality and enhances its core competitiveness and brand influence.
