Liao Zongren, chairman of Suihong, said that the private equity convertible bonds mainly responded to the development trend of large-size backlights and LED lighting. I hope that through private placement and introduction of strategic partners, it is also necessary to enrich the purchase of materials and working capital. The private placement price of the private equity convertible bonds of Jihong is tentatively set at 36 yuan.
In addition, Liao Zongren is optimistic that the shipment of LED street lights will grow significantly this year. In 2009, the shipment will increase by 10,000 baht. In 2010, the number of orders will jump to 100,000 baht. The shipping areas include Dongguan, Henan, Hunan, Guangdong and Shaanxi.
In 2010, Shunhong will expand the scale of its production base in Dongguan and strengthen its business in the large-size backlight and lighting market. In 2009, the new plant in Dongguan was completed and it is expected to continue to expand its production capacity in 2010.
Liao Zongren pointed out that this year's backlight products accounted for 3-40% of the revenue, lighting 5~10%, and the rest came from traditional LEDs. The growth rate of this year's revenue will be at least equal to the industry growth rate. The legal person also estimates that Suihong will have an annual growth rate of at least 50%, driven by the two-way growth of the large-size backlight business and the LED lighting business.
