Shanghai Puhui Engine Maintenance Base Interior Lighting Project won the third prize of the 5th Zhongzhao Award Lighting Engineering Design Award. The reporting unit: China Aviation Planning Construction Development Co., Ltd., Matsushita Electric (China) Co., Ltd.
The Shanghai Puhui Aircraft Engine Maintenance Base Project is located in the Export Processing Zone of Qingpu District, Shanghai. It is jointly established by United Technologies Co., Ltd. (UTC) and China Eastern Airlines. It is mainly engaged in the maintenance of aviation engines. The total construction area of the project is 25,299 m2.
China Aviation Planning and Construction Development Co., Ltd. (China Aviation Industry Planning and Design Institute) and Matsushita Electric (China) Co., Ltd. jointly completed the lighting electrical design, supply and later commissioning of the project.
While meeting the "China Green Building Evaluation Standards (GB/T50378-2006)", the project is also honored to be the first domestic industrial building in the LEED-certified Platinum class. The US LEED certification system is the world's most Green pilot system for architectural design, construction and certification. According to the LEED Green Building Certificate Standard, green buildings are divided into four grades, and the LEED Platinum Certificate is the most advanced.
As a new modern high-space workshop, the lighting project of the project mainly adopts high-efficiency and energy-saving fluorescent lighting system (light source 110 lm/W, luminaire efficiency is 84%) and intelligent lighting control system as design standards and supply products. Systematic design and systematic energy saving, the theme of its lighting design is “low carbon emissionsâ€.
