According to the government order, the “Industrial Committee” of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for the management of export commodity licenses; the “Trade Committee” of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for the management of import licenses.
After the decree came into effect, the previously executed government order No. 43 automatically lapsed.
