On the other hand, driven by the panel and the whole machine manufacturer, MNT and TV products are gradually developing in the direction of narrow border and Borderless. At the same time, with the rise of the DID product market, customers are increasingly demanding the narrow frame of the splicing screen.
Driven by both consumers and manufacturers, the market demand for narrow bezel products will be further enhanced.
First, Array technology program
1.GOA
Principle: GOA technology integrates the Gate Driver IC on the Array glass substrate (please refer to the right figure), that is, remove the GateDriver IC to form a GOA unit by using the TFT wiring to form a gate circuit to realize the driving function of the Gate Driver IC.
Technical advantage: Remove the Gate fan-out Line, which can reduce the Sealing area and meet the design requirements of narrow bezels. At the same time, the implementation process of GOA is the same as that of liquid crystal display TFT (no need to add new process flow), and the removal of Gate DriverIC can reduce product cost.
2. Alternate wiring
Technical advantages: a2 "a1, it can be seen that compared with the traditional single-layer wiring method, the alternate wiring method can reduce the wiring pitch, which helps to minimize the Sealing Area and meet the narrow frame design requirements of the product. Wiring helps reduce the risk of Short between Line and Line.
3. Double layer wiring

1.Slimming
Principle: There are two common methods of thinning, namely physical grinding and chemical etching.
