With the improvement of factory automation, there is often a demand for data transmission on the factory site, but due to the relatively large investment, how to choose the appropriate communication solution is indeed a big challenge.
At present, the more popular data transmission methods are as follows:
a) The GPRS / CDMA solution has reliable transmission and convenient installation, but the construction cost is high, and later use and maintenance costs are high;
b) The communication distance of the Zigbee scheme is limited, it cannot pass through metal or thick walls, and it is susceptible to interference from the site environment and has low reliability;
c) The 485 bus requires independent engineering wiring, which is more difficult to install and debug, and the overall cost of wiring + installation is also higher.
This solution utilizes the SKWP035A narrow-band power line communication (Power Line CommunicaTIon) module newly launched by Beijing Shizhuang IOT Technology Co., Ltd., adopts the industry's most advanced OFDM modulation technology, and aims at the network characteristics of China's domestic power grid and reliable data transmission. Demand, using customized and robust software algorithms and communication protocols to reliably transmit data through power lines, with the characteristics of no wiring, long transmission distance, stable and safe, suitable for all kinds of inconvenient wiring and difficult wireless transmission field.
This module has three major characteristics

OFDM-based power line carrier technology has excellent transmission stability:
a) One of the magic weapon for stability: OFDM modulation technology, when interference occurs in the line, the reliability of communication is guaranteed by means of multi-band carrier
