A variety of LED lighting concept cars unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show

At the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, few companies explicitly mention LEDs in their exhibits or prints, and many exhibits focus on energy savings and alternative drive technologies. But this is not to say that there is no LED at the show, in fact the opposite is true.

Many manufacturers have exhibited all concept cars that use LED lighting (including near-high beam). LED taillights for mass-produced cars are becoming commonplace, but they are by no means ubiquitous - many new models continue to use traditional technology.

Audi currently has white LEDs on the running lights in front of the five models. These can also be seen on Porsche, Aston Martin and VW Phaeton.

Lexus is the first company to sell models with LED low beam lights to the European market. The LS hybrid's high beam also uses a more traditional xenon lamp. A Cadillac model that went on sale at the end of this year is also a hybrid of LEDs and xenon lamps.

Audi previously announced that it will use full LED headlights (far, low beam) as an optional add-on on the new R8 model, but the new model at the show did not include this option, but Highlighted the LED daytime running lights. It is said that the LED lighting options will be available in the beginning of 2008.
US-based semiconductors go to the United States for the first public offering. The UK will use low-energy light bulbs to replace incandescent bulbs. French research institutes: Energy-saving lamps can't use new LEDs at close range. Stabilize pure white light targets. Further global leading auto brands choose Barco LEDs for Japanese lighting. Inefficient, Philips seeks improvement

Silicon Transistor

Silicon Transistor are solid-state semiconductor devices with functions such as detection, rectification, amplification, switching, voltage regulation, and signal modulation. The transistor acts as a variable current switch and can control the output current based on the input voltage. Unlike ordinary mechanical switches (such as Relay and switch), transistors use electrical signals to control their opening and closing, and the switching speed can be very fast. The switching speed in the lab can reach more than 100GHz.
