Failure phenomenon:
In a building Mitsubishi gps-I elevator, all external call buttons are invalid, and all hall doors have no floor display.
Processing:
1. First check the current operating status of the elevator, because if the elevator is in a dedicated state, all external calls and hall floor displays are invalid. Upon inspection, it was found that the elevator is currently in an automatic running state.
2. Check the fault code of the elevator P1 computer board, the fault code shows “ECâ€, that is, “serial transmission error to the hall doorâ€;
3. The P1 board is tested (or replaced) and no problems are found;
4. The layer-by-layer external call button is detected, and it is found that all the external call buttons have no DC power output. Further inspection revealed that the external call button on the 5th floor was faulty. After the call was cancelled on the 5th floor, the fault was still not eliminated.
5. Check the fuses called outside the control room of the equipment room and find that the fuse has been blown. After the replacement, the elevator resumes normal operation.
This case reveals:
Although the GPS-I elevator adopts the serial communication method in the form of a data bus, in principle, if a button of one floor has a serial communication failure, the normal response of the buttons of other floors is not affected. However, if the power of the external call button on one floor is faulty, especially if the short circuit fault occurs on the AC side of the rectified power supply, all external call buttons will not work properly.
