TMP87C408N is a single-chip microcomputer integrated circuit designed and manufactured by Toshiba Corporation of Japan for refrigerators. It is used on the refrigerator series of Chunlan and other brands.
1. Internal circuit block diagram and typical application circuit
The TMP87C408N integrated circuit contains various functions such as temperature detection, compressor control, display control, and door light control.
