Qi Jun, deputy secretary-general of China National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance, pointed out that China is one of the fastest growing regions in the global LED industry. Bi Baiwei, CEO of Philips Lighting (China), pointed out that China's residential lighting market, represented by semiconductor lighting, is worth at least about 40 billion yuan. In the future, China's lighting market will become a competitive land.
A number of wading LED listed companies have accelerated their pace of expansion.
