It is understood that the project is led by Huadu District Airport Economic Development Co., Ltd., and the implementation organization of Sun Yat-sen University for follow-up testing and project research and development, selected two roads in the optoelectronics industry base as demonstration sites, and selected Guangzhou Liangli Lighting The LED street light produced by the company with independent intellectual property rights implements the installation of LED street light according to the unified road width and light pole requirements.
The person in charge of the project stressed that LED lamps have higher luminous efficiency and longer service life than traditional lamps, and the energy consumption is only about 1/3 of that of traditional street lamps. The implementation of the project can promote energy conservation and emission reduction, facilitate municipal maintenance, enhance traffic safety, and increase the beauty of the city. At the same time, through the application of demonstration of LED products, promoting the industrial chain of Guangzhou enterprises, promoting cooperation between industry, universities and research institutes, accelerating the industrialization of LED scientific research results, and accelerating the development of LED industry in Huadu District plays an important role.
