(hereinafter referred to as “Agencyâ€) was commissioned by Sanmenxia City Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. of Henan Province to compete on “Sanmenxia South Station Square LED Outdoor Full Color Display Manufacturing and Installation Project†negotiation.

2. Negotiation project: LED outdoor full color display manufacturing and installation project in Sanmenxia South Station Square
Third, the project overview and standard segmentation: two P20LED outdoor full-color display manufacturing installation (including a full set of control systems), including steel structure columns and other construction. Specifications: The screen size is about 18*10 meters and the height is about 10 meters. The construction period requires 40 days.
A standard section: the display on the west side of the square;
The second bidding section: the display on the east side of the square.
Fourth, the basic requirements for bidder qualifications:
1. A professional LED display manufacturer or a special agent of a manufacturer who is legally registered in China and has legal person status (the agent must have a special authorization from the manufacturer for this project). 2. The manufacturer must be a domestic display manufacturer with a registered capital of more than 8 million yuan. 3. The manufacturer must have its own module production line. 4. The manufacturer has good sales performance and good reputation in the domestic and foreign markets. Since 2008, there has been an outdoor full-color display performance of more than 150 square meters.
V. Enrollment with the following documents: 1. Authorized power of attorney and trustee ID card, copy of business license, copy of qualification certificate, copy of tax registration certificate, copy of organization code certificate; 2. Agent must issue special project of the manufacturer on this project. Authorization; 3, the manufacturer's color page introduction; 4, more than 150 square meters of outdoor full-color display performance contract or other relevant certification documents since 2008; 5, pre-qualification form. A copy of the official seal of the above-mentioned materials shall be submitted to the official seal of the unit (two copies in a booklet). Registration time: March 12, 2010 - 15:00 am to 11:00 am; 5:00 pm to 17:00 pm (excluding holidays), Venue: Sanmenxia City Construction Project, 2nd Floor, Office Building, 45th Middle Section, Lushan Road, Sanmenxia City Transaction Management Center. Competitive negotiation documents will be sold from March 12 to 18, 2010, each set of RMB 500 (not refundable after sale).
