Recently, a number of semiconductor lighting (LED) lamps were sent from Hefei to Shanghai, and then shipped to France with a container from a Shanghai company. Although there are only some samples worth more than 1,000 yuan, it is the first time that Anhui LED products are sold abroad, creating a precedent for the export of semiconductor lighting products in Anhui Province. Breaking this history is Hefei Yuanhui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.
It is understood that LED is a semiconductor lighting technology. Research shows that in addition to its huge energy-saving effect, LEDs have a lifespan of 10 times that of fluorescent lamps and 100 times that of incandescent lamps. In terms of environmental protection, it can also avoid secondary pollution of mercury from rupture of fluorescent tubes.
It is reported that the current LED upstream industry with technology research and development as the core is mainly concentrated in the five cities designated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Shanghai, Dalian, Nanchang, Xiamen and Shenzhen.
