This is my favorite reason for Sense. First of all, Sense's team founder was the young London guy James Proud. He was previously one of Peter Thiel's partners. So I'm glad we can see his new work again.

Another reason for being more selfish is that I really need some reason to make our sleep more motivating. The previous sleep tracking device did not solve my problem, so the simple method has not worked.

This is a very typical scenario. I was ready to go to bed at 10 o'clock in the evening, then spend an hour on the bed to read the news on the mobile phone, and then fell asleep after unknowingly falling asleep. At 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, I woke up once. I got up and went to another room for another meeting. Then I returned to bed for six hours at 6 o'clock. It is almost impossible for me who works this way to sleep for 9 hours in a row.

However, Sense does not change the sleep habits. At present, it is not very smart. Because although Sense strives to monitor data including brightness, humidity, temperature, and even air cleanliness, I don't always think that the data measured by Sense is accurate. To be honest, a dark room is more conducive to sleep.

Sense itself can be used to wake up my alarm clock in the morning through a variety of colors of light, and the iOS version of the mobile application interface data is also very comprehensive, you can almost see any Sense detection value. In addition, the design of Sense itself is also quite beautiful, suitable for modern decoration style.

I like Sense's wake-up system, which allows me to wake up with soft ambient sounds and progressive reminders. At the same time, Sense can automatically sense my sleep status. If you are in deep sleep, Sense will not bother us. And when deep sleep has passed, Sense will wake me up at the right time, and everything is natural.

What I don't like about Sense is that Sense hasn’t found a real meaning at the moment. To track sleep data, many products are competent, but even if the data is more accurate, it's just a bunch of strings for me. There is no meaningful figure. How about that? It will not affect my life.

I hope Sense doesn't overly obscure my sleep, but instead participate more and tell me how to improve. But when I only think of Sense as an "advanced alarm clock," it's really good.
