Just like the new P9 product in OSRAM, I found this product to be very interesting. I used a vertical chip to make COB products. 
This picture is the same as the process of P13 and P9. The yellow dot in the middle is a chip coated with phosphor.

Through anatomy, the vertical chip is directly fixed on the PCB, and the surface of the PCB is treated as immersion gold.
A white filler is used directly around the chip and around the chip to enhance reflection.
The biggest highlight of this COB is the use of OSRAM's own vertical chip, taking into account the problem of bottom reflection, improve light efficiency. The vertical chip has faster heat dissipation, high power integration, and higher luminous flux output per unit area.
