After that, remove the motor shaft key. Before installation, the rust preventive oil of the motor input shaft, positioning boss and deceleration machine connection part should be wiped clean with gasoline or zinc sodium water.
Step 3: Connect the motor to the reducer in a natural connection. When connecting, it must be ensured that the deceleration machine output shaft and the motor input shaft are concentric, and the outer flanges are parallel, which can prolong the service life and achieve the desired transmission efficiency and low noise. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer or the like during installation to prevent damage to the bearing or gear due to excessive axial force or radial force. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the tightening bolts.
Step 4: After the installation of the reducer, the hand rotation should be flexible and there is no stuck phenomenon. The bolts should be tightened before starting the machine. The no-load test should be no less than 2 hours. The operation should be smooth, no impact, vibration, noise and oil leakage. It should be eliminated in time. Regularly check whether the fasteners are loose during use to ensure proper operation.
