Japanese manufacturer Pioneer Hitachi releases brand new naked-eye 3D screen

3D technology has achieved great development. Japan and South Korea serial manufacturers have already gone ahead. Recently, Hitachi Group of Japan officially released a new 3D screen. The difference from the past is that the screen is exclusively for smart phones. The new screen can watch 3D pictures without wearing eyes.

The screen size released by Hitachi is a 4.5-inch screen, which can be applied to smart phones with a resolution of 1280x70 pixels, with 400cd/m2 brightness in 3D mode and 470cd/m2 brightness in 3D mode. The new product has a naked-eye 3D function and uses a new lens method to increase the screen image quality in 3D mode. At present, Japanese and Korean manufacturers have obvious advantages in 3D technology. The 3D mobile phones Optimus 3D and Sharp 009SH launched this year all have naked-eye 3D capabilities, and European and American manufacturers have not yet done so.

3D technology is regarded as the most promising technology this year. However, the current 3D screens still have disadvantages such as high cost, poor results, and low film sources, and therefore cannot be popularized in a short time.
