What is pesticide blending?
Pesticide compounding refers to mixing two or more pesticide active ingredients together, including pesticide compounding preparations (produced and processed by the manufacturer) and mixing at the application site.
Fly protection plant protection dosage form
Tianying Brothers plant protection drone is sprayed to operate, and the dilution of the liquid is low, so the water-based dosage form should be used first, such as: suspending agent, microemulsion, water emulsion, emulsifiable oil, water agent, etc.
Pesticide compounding method
1. Determine the amount of pesticide per acre based on product descriptions or recommendations from local plant protection agencies, and the severity of pests and diseases;
2. According to the requirements of crop height, density and pest control, determine the amount of liquid per acre (after mixing);
3. Assume that the plot area is 100 mu, the amount of liquid used per mu is 800 ml, the amount of pot A used per acre is 50 g, and the amount of pot B used per acre is 60 g.
The dosage of the agent A=50g/mu*100mu=5000g;
The dosage of the agent B=60g/mu*100mu=6000g;
The amount of liquid required = 800ml / acre * 100 acres = 80000ml;
The amount of water to be added = the amount of liquid required - (the amount of drug A used + the amount of drug B used) = 80000ml - (5000ml + 6000ml) = 69000ml (the unit of the drug can be treated as a milliliter)
Note: The total water consumption is related to the shape of the field (whether manual refilling is required) or the operation of the flying hand. Generally, there is a margin.
4. Specific dispensing steps: Dispensing with "second dilution method". First use a small bucket, add a small amount of water, mix the agent A evenly, pour it into a large bucket that has been filled with half of water, stir; the agent B is mixed with the same method. Finally, make up the amount of water in the vat, stir while adding water, and mix well.
The order of addition of the agent: foliar fertilizer, water-dispersible granules, suspending agent, microemulsion, water emulsion, water agent, and emulsifiable concentrate are sequentially added. The liquid must be thoroughly mixed, and avoid using wettable powders and fragile foliar fertilizers.
Pesticide compounding principle
1. Maintain the effectiveness of various ingredients
Pesticide should maintain the stability of its various active ingredients in the compounding, and the active ingredients cannot be changed after compounding. For example, alkaline pesticides such as Bordeaux mixture and stone sulphur mixture cannot be mixed with acidic pesticides, and the crops cannot be sprayed with acidic agents for a certain period of time after spraying Bordeaux mixture or stone sulphur mixture.
2. Maintain the stability of physical properties after compounding
The physical properties of the liquid after mixing are obviously deteriorated, such as emulsification, stratification, oil slick, flocculation, sedimentation, etc., so as not to reduce the effect, failure, or even cause phytotoxicity.
3. Ensure that there is no phytotoxicity to crops after compounding
Each active ingredient has no phytotoxicity to crops, and it cannot produce phytotoxicity after compounding. This is the principle that pesticides should follow. If a chemical reaction occurs between the active ingredients after mixing, substances that may be harmful to the crop may be produced. For example, a stone sulphur mixture is mixed with a Bordeaux mixture to produce harmful copper sulphide and soluble copper ions, so it is not possible to mix a sulphur mixture with a Bordeaux mixture.
4. Different dosage forms are mixed in a certain order
Dispensing according to the requirements of “Pesticide Mixing Method No. 4â€.
5. The liquid should be mixed
Temporary pesticides should be used as they are, and should be used as soon as possible.3.96mm Wire To Board Connectors
3.96mm Wire To Board Connectors are avialable in different terminations and sizes intended for use on a variety of applications. These connectors provide power and signal with different body styles, termination options, and centerlines. To find the wire to board set required, click on the appropriate sub section below.
Antenk offers a wide variety of wire-to-board connector solutions that fit applications requiring high-power solutions or microminiature options.
3.96mm (0.156") Pitch Wire to Board Connectors delivering 7.0A and 600V per circuit in an industry-standard 3.96mm pitch, power application connectors are ideal for low- to mid-power wire-to-board and board-to-board applications
3.96mm Pitch Board-to-Wire Connectors are rated for up to 10 Amps max. when using 16 AWG wire. The locking mechanism provides a clear and tactile click that prevents incomplete mating and incorrect insertion. The pin header comes with a guide post to prevent reverse insertion on the PCB. The lance is part of the housing instead of being a part of the terminal, which prevents tangled wires during assembly. The wall structure between the contacts helps to isolate the contacts and prevents short circuits between contacts. The DF63 series is capable of being potted, up to 5mm. Glass-reinforced resin is used on the pin header to prevent solder cracks due to thermal contraction. Keying options prevent incorrect connections due to the use of multiple connectors on the same board. When using identical pin counts, two versions are available with different keying options.
